Originally from Southern California, Chris moved to Washington State to earn a bachelor’s degree in Law. Chris’s experiences, coupled with years in law enforcement, have provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in Real Estate. His clients include everyone from top business & tech leaders to professional athletes & coaches. "They are all very busy people and want a seamless transaction," Chris says. "They expect me to anticipate problems before they happen and fix them." Chris manages the entire transaction from start to finish.

If you are looking for someone that is ACTUALLY going to do what they say and follow through with it….Then stop scrolling and go with Chris. Chris was absolutely amazing. We needed our house to sell ASAP and well Chris got it sold in 8 hours. Yes you read that right! And no it’s not a typo. 8 hours!!! Highly highly recommend! All the worries we had in selling our home Chris took that load off. My husband and I are so thankful!

Everything you want and need in a realtor is what Chris offers. His communication is instant, his knowledge of the market and homes is spectacular, and his genuine attitude is infectious. My fiance and I originally bought a new build with Chris but the builder was taking forever and rates were rising. After much consideration, Chris advised us to pull out on that home, he got us our earnest money back, and got us a better deal in a better location! While the situation was less than ideal, Chris made the experience feel as though we were at the Four Seasons and he was knowledgable enough to know that taking this risk was better for our long term success/strategy. I can't imagine buying another home without Chris.
